We use nearby WiFi signals to determine your current location and update Fire Eagle, where you can share your location online with friends and other sites and services. You can decide to share your location with any site that can use it, choose how much detail to give that application (exact location, neighborhood, city, state, etc.), or even hide your location - you're always in control.
